Essential Information - Stuff You Need to Know!
- Flipgrid Challenge- Today's the last day for you to help earn a WHOLE SITE LICENSE for our school by participating in a District Dialogue! Record a short video of yourself and be sure to enter our school name in the "title" category. Click here to help us win!
- WASC DWI- Monday, March 19th- We’ll be meeting in our focus groups in preparation for next year’s WASC mid-cycle visitation.
- Principal for a Day- Wednesday, March 21st- I will be hosting Damien Arrula and Giselle Nguyen-Gill, from the City of Placentia and REACH Foundation. We will be walking classrooms during 2nd and 3rd periods.
- PTSA Honorary Service Awards- It is time to nominate outstanding people deserving of an Honorary Service Award. It can be anyone that helps our kids and our school be the great place that it is. Please submit nomination forms by email to spiritfilled@sbcglobal.net by April 13th.
- Emergency Contact Info- In order to ensure that your emergency contact information is up to date, it has to be submitted to Human Resources. Please email or stop by Kathy’s desk to see what is currently entered into Aeries for you and fill out a change of information form in order to update your information.
- Formal Observations- We will be conducting formal observations for temp/probationary teachers by April 15th and permanent teachers on cycle by May 1st. Please notify your evaluator of a preferred time/date for your formal observation.
- Virology- Dissecting Rumors- Thank you to Grace Stanton for sharing this great lesson plan on dissecting rumors for anyone interested.
- Testing Poster Ideas- Please email Brian Johnson any spring testing poster ideas you may have for this year.
