Essential Information - Stuff You Need to Know!

• Stakeholder Survey - ALL STAFF take stakeholder survey by 4pm today, February 23rd. Coffee & Donuts Survey Party before school today!  Support Staff Survey Link, Teacher Survey Link
• Monday, February 26th is a PLC day. Please be sure to arrive by 7:30am, ready to engage in the PLC essential questions.
• 5 Star Luncheon is Monday for the Business, ELD, and Math departments. Meet in the administration breezeway for a delicious meal.
• SUMMER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT: Attached is the Summer School Enrichment (STEAM) flyer for summer 2018. Teachers: please submit your proposals online HERE as noted in the Call for Proposals form attached.  (If the hyperlink does not work, you will need to copy and paste,  https://goo.gl/forms/QZ2ETIHMLJYvVLjk2 into your internet browser.)   For questions, contact Paula Sitar at pksitar@pylusd.org. Deadline to submit online proposals is Friday, March 16th at 5:00 p.m. (see attached)
• CERTIFICATED SUMMER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES:  PYLUSD will be sponsoring Summer Enrichment, ELD Science/ Art Camp, AVID Algebra Readiness, Art Fundamentals, Impact & Accelerated Math grades 7 & 8.   Please see the 2018 Summer Certificated Employment Opportunities Flyer and ELD Science/Art Camp for all the details on the various positions available.  Positions are posted on EdJoin. The number of positions available will be determined based on student need and employment cannot be guaranteed. Submitting an application signifies your interest in summer employment and does not guarantee placement. Split assignments will not be considered unless there is a shortage of available applicants. Don't miss the Friday, March 16, 2018, at 5:00 p.m.  EDJoin deadline to submit your application for summer employment!
