Essential Information 9/29/17

• Instructional Rounds: Let’s collaborate on Interactive Technology Resources for the classroom. Feel free to add and hyperlink applications/resources that you use! If you’re using any in your class, share it on the calendar so that others can see it in action!
• Special Ed Reminders: You are valued members of the IEP team so please attend meetings when invited. It is required by code that general education be represented. Typically teachers are asked to provide insight on a strength or challenge for the student.
• Alumni visitors are not permitted on campus throughout the school day. However if you have a visiting guest speaker, please coordinate that through Linda Gaunt.
• Library Copier Reminders:  Copy machines are a mixed blessing, aren’t they? Please do not send “live” jobs to the library copier. This causes all kinds of issues. Send “held” jobs and then come over and monitor your run. Please don’t send students to the copy room to retrieve copies. We need to be able to trust that what is sent over there is secure and not open to students.
• Special Rosters + Tardy Reports: Just a friendly reminder that you can print rosters that include which programs students belong to (Instructions). Also, there’s a report called "Daily Attendance Summary" under "View All Reports". By selecting "T" for tardies you’ll get a summary by class. See EXAMPLE.
