Tech Tip - Old School

Balancing technology integration with effective "old-school" technology ensures we are utilizing a wide range of strategies to informally assess student understanding. At a CSUF conference earlier this year, I was reminded that sometimes the best tech is low tech (esp. because it requires almost no setup). They had these whiteboards at each table along with a dry-erase marker. They were quickly able to gather visual feedback from each group. Best part...it was cordless, wireless, and screen-less. Cheapest whiteboard ever = card stock inside a sheet protector.
