Essential Info - Week of 5/11

·        Monday, May 14th- PLC’s- Be sure to arrive by 7:30, ready to engage in the four essential

questions.

·        PLC Calendar 18-19- Please be sure to provide feedback and input to your department chair about next year's PLC calendar. We added on 4 “Choose your own PD” days for next year in addition to the staff wide PD on PLC’s at the start of the year. Here's the updated tentative calendar.

·        Annual Goals and Objectives Form - Please be sure to update your Form A by adding your summary of accomplishments and submit it to your evaluator by May 15th. If you were on a formal evaluation year, please schedule a meeting with your evaluator to go over your annual evaluation prior by May 15th.

·        American Fidelity Open Enrollment 18/19- Health benefit open enrollment is being held until May 25th. An AF representative will be on campus May 8th-11th, an appointment sign-up sheet is located in the Administration Office. See open enrollment instructions e-mailed to you from Claudia Serna and/or Martha Suarez. Mandatory dependent verification is required, see instructional video.
