hit the ground running at 7:25 am the Monday we return. Coffee and donuts will
be available beginning at 7am.
· Academy Tour 12/19- A group
of prospective students and families will be visiting our Academy classes that
morning.

Visit 12/20- PYLUSD Director of
Assessment and Accountability will be visiting classrooms that morning.
· Pancake Breakfast 12/21- Will be
held in the MPR before school. Thank you for your generous support of this
tradition.

· Emergency Response Training/Practice 1/25 - Learn where supplies are stored and what your secondary role is
in the event of an emergency. RSVP to attend, 10:30-11:30am.
· CAASPP Testing Schedule 2019 - Please
examine page 2 of this shared document that outlines our modified block
schedule for state testing May 28-May 31. A calendar invite will be sent out
separately.

· Early Notification Incentive - As we look ahead and prepare for the 2019-2020
school year, we are aware that there are many staff members looking into
retirement or a resignation. To help with staffing for the new year, we
are again preparing an Early Retirement/Resignation Incentive. The incentive will begin December 12, 2018.
