- Form A- Please complete your reflection for your annual goals and submit it to your evaluator by May 15th. This is also the deadline for Form F conferences to be held for teachers on a formal year.
- District Pre-service Survey- please complete this survey by April 30th. The district will use this data to plan the subject specific breakout session(s) following the opening session.
- Random Acts of Kindness- recognize a fellow employee through this survey by May 1st for a chance to win gifts cards for both parties.
- Formal Observations - On cycle teachers coordinate / calendar your formal observation with your evaluator. Temp/Prob by 4/15; Permanent by 5/1.
- PLC 5/6 - Meet in PLC’s at 7:25am.
- SLT 5/7 - Meet in Room 703 at 3pm.
