· Testing Poster Ideas- Please send any suggestions for this year’s testing poster to Olivia. Ideas so far include Game of Thrones, Bird Box, Friends, and Riverdale.
· Mission Statement Feedback- VHS is committed to supporting every student through high expectations in a nurturing environment to ensure success now and in the future.
· It’s not too late to join PTSA! Membership is $15. You are encouraged to join online at this LINK (there is a $1 processing fee) or if you prefer to pay by check or cash, membership envelopes are available in the mail room.
· Summer School- we will be hosting summer school again this year and the 400, 500, and 600 buildings will be impacted from 6/24-8/1. The library, rooms 807-811, and 901 will be impacted from 6/17-8/9, room 703 from 6/20-8/16, and room 1001 from 6/24-7/18.
· School Business Sub Requests- be sure to use the Google Form to request a school business sub. Always check that you’ve received a smartfind confirmation indicating the sub has been submitted.
· AP exams on sale 2/12-3/15 - Price is $94/exam and reduced price is $20/exam. Students should see Ms. Hughes in the CCC if they qualify for free/reduced lunch.
· Junior Registration 2/6-3/15 - Students will receive call slips to see their counselor to review graduation requirements, college admissions, credit status, and career pathways (15min/student). Please send them when requested.
· ROAR Cards - If you need additional ROAR cards, please request them directly from Matt Vasquez.
· WASC Schedule 2/27 and Report - The committee will be visiting classes during 2nd period that morning. Click here for the schedule for our upcoming visit. Click here for our mid-cycle report. Please look over the report before the visit. It’s 33 pages without the appendix, but you can scroll through much of it. Make sure to look at the School Plan in the appendix.
