Essential Info- Week of 11/26

• Academy Tour 11/28- We will be hosting an Academy Tour for prospective families this Wednesday morning. IB and Val Tech classes will be featured.
• Mock Trial 11/27 and 11/29- 5 PM Santa Ana Courthouse. If you’ve never been to one of these, you owe it to yourself to come watch our team(s) in action. You will be glad you did.
• Monday PLC 12/3- We will be meeting in our PLC’s next Monday at 7:25am.
• SCAC Visit 12/3- We will be hosting a visit from the Superintendent's Community Advisory Council next Monday morning. IB, Val Tech, AVID, and ROP classes will be featured. 
• School Leadership Team 12/4 -(AKA Dep’t Chairs & Coordinators) 3 pm in Rm. 703 
• Hour of Code Week 12/3-12/6- Here is a curated resource containing Hour of Code links.
• Monitoring for Redesignated Students- If you have Redesignated Fluent English Proficient (RFEP) students in your class, you will be receiving an email on November 27 notifying you that you have monitoring forms to fill out. Forms are due on December 12, 2018. As a new feature, you will now be able to use e-signatures on the monitoring forms. If you need help, please refer to the Ellevation Quickstart Guide HERE or contact Blanca Gibbons or Jane Roh.
• Go Sign Me Up is LIVE - Log in via Clever or pylusd.gosignmeup.com, Select the Preservice course and register for it. We know you attended preservice in August. (you can’t sign up for a past date). You are not really signing up to attend a new class. I will roll the date back to the proper date. You will have to edit and save some of your participant information before you can "checkout" . This video provides those details. At the top of the screen, you will see a link to for STEP BY STEP directions. We are confident that you will have fun "shopping" for courses.
