Essential Info - Week of 6/8

·         Monday, June 11th- PLC’s- Be sure to arrive by 7:30 for our final PLC of the year, ready to engage in the four essential questions.

·        Finals Schedule / Minimum Days - Be sure to check this schedule for next week’s final exams.

·        Teacher Check Out Form-  Please read the Check Out Form carefully as there are a few new items highlighted on the list. Also be sure to refer to the second page which contains, "Last minute things to do in your classroom."

·        Final PLC Calendar 18-19- Here is the approved PLC calendar for next year.

·        Form A Pilot- We will be participating in a pilot of the new Form A, Teacher’s Annual Goals and Objectives next year. Here is the MOU and blank template of the 18-19 Form A Pilot.
